This home is 1900 square feet and welcomes you into a formal entry way with gorgeous wood floors throughout. The home has diamond finish plaster through as well as skylights in the living area and hallway.
Good-looking, large living room with fireplace, high ceilings and skylights. There are French doors out to a fully walled and gated courtyard which is beautifully landscaped. The covered portal has a large dining table for summer dinner parties.
The kitchen is spacious and features solid wood cabinetry and stainless appliances. There is a breakfast bar as well as formal dining area. There are French doors off the kitchen to a wonderful covered deck with sitting areas around tables with built-in fire pits. A BBQ is located off the kitchen.
Off the kitchen is a small den with TV and sofa bed as well as a spacious laundry room.
The two guest rooms each have a queen bed and share a full bath. Each bedroom has ceiling fan and wall air conditioning. master suite is located at the end of the hall with a king bed, large walk in closet and lovely bath with walk-in shower. re are French doors to a private covered portal for morning coffee and a fire pit for those cool brisk autumn days! Each bedroom has a flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
The owner will consider a small, well behave dog. No cats, please.

Elaine quickly offered to take charge of our few questions, and handled them very efficiently.

Casa Loma is a well-landscaped, conveniently located property and very spacious for a couple and a pet. Would seem to be rather crowded for a larger group. We used all the kitchen and the grill, preparing most meals. Very comfortable king bed; but only one set of king sheets was worn out. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. A carport would be an excellent addition! More frequent attention by landscape crew would greatly enhance enjoyment; weeds grew quickly.
