Come enjoy this perfect pied-a-terre overlooking the native vegetation in Tierra de Zia.     This one-bedroom condo is located in a gated community of 13 acres of ponds, trees, arroyos and plants.   In addition, there is a pool and sauna on property for your enjoyment.  There are barbecues available for residents and visitors.
This upstairs unit offers a small balcony and table for two to enjoy the view.
The open floor plan has all you need to enjoy your time in our lovely town.   There is a Kiva fireplace, smart TV and sofa which opens to a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances.  There is a breakfast bar as well as a dining table for two.
Off the living area is a bedroom with queen bed and adjacent bath with walk-in shower and Mexican tile and appointments.    There is a large closet for hanging as well as shelves to unpack.
Tierra de Zia is a non-smoking environment.    There is assigned parking for one car.   Additional space will be $20.00 per month. 
There is a communal laundry facility.   Firewood is not provided.  Pool bands are required when using the pool and spa. 
The condo has evaporative cooling.  The living room has electric heat and the bedroom has a plug in heater.  
The owner may consider a well-trained dog under 35 lbs or one cat.  Tierra de Zia is a covenants controlled HOA neighborhood.
